Shipping & Returns
Please understand that we are not Amazon, and I am sure as shit not Jeffrey Bezos (thank goodness). Please have patience with us (me and charlie run this brand alone) and also please understand that returns and refunds for a small business like this are pretty devastating. Please review the size charts and send us any sizing questions you may have before ordering so we can avoid shipping things back and forth across the country and exchanging dollars, that are most certainly already spent shortly after we receive them. Thanks for understanding and thanks for supporting a real life, independently owned, never took a dollar from anyone, small business.
Shipping: While we do our best to get these orders out quickly, during times of high volume like on seasonal releases, it can take us up to 7 business days to get these orders out. If after that time you haven't seen movement on your order please reach out to mike@manresaclothing.com and I'll get you squared away. Thanks for your patience!
Returns: We accept returns for refund within 7 days of receipt or store credit within 14 days. Return shipping is covered by the customer. Just send the item(s) back to 46 Chestnut st. Norwalk, CT 06854 with a note or order# printout and we will refund/credit your account when the items arrive.

Repairs/Defects: If for some reason an item you've recieved fails in any way throughout the life of the garment, please email support@manresaclothing.com and we will get the item repaired for you at no cost. Our main goal here is to provide you with affordable durable products, so please don't hesitate to hold us to that standard.
