Shipping & Returns
Shipping: While we do our best to get these orders out quickly, during times of high volume like on seasonal releases, it can take us up to 7 business days to get these orders out. If after that time you haven't seen movement on your order please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and I'll get you squared away. Thanks for your patience!
Returns: Hopefully you understand that this is a small independent brand run by two knuckle heads out of a small warehouse in New England. We don't have investors or knowledgable businessmen consulting for us, and we often make mistakes. While it is difficult for a small brand like ours to be held to the same standards as these other large corporate brands, who may offer free shipping and free returns, we also just want our customers to be happy with their products. If for any reason you are unhappy, please email email@example.com and I will get you a refund, exchange or store credit. For refunds, depending on the situation, we may just ask you to pay for the return shipping.
Repairs/Defects: If for some reason an item you've recieved fails in any way throughout the life of the garment, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get the item repaired for you at no cost. Our main goal here is to provide you with affordable durable products, so please don't hesitate to hold us to that standard.
